Unicode 2.1 で定義されたすべての文字が搭載されている
ユニバーサル フォントとして Arial Unicode MS が用意されているそうです

Windows XP には標準で搭載されていますが
Office 2003 などと一緒に Windows 2000 へインストールすることも可能な模様です
