Syslog サーバ

C#製なSyslogサーバが"いい感じのデキ"かどうかは微妙ですが
なんとなく普通に動くようになってきました

UNIXなんかにある本物のsyslogdに比べると貧弱ですが
単純にログっときたいだけならそれなりに使えそうな感じに...
