MTU Discovery on IPv6

IPv6 はIPv4と違ってルータでのパケット分割がないので
ICMP type 2 (Packet Too Big Message) が届かないと
接続性が保てなくなる場合があります...と

ルータなんかで ICMP type 2 をフィルタしないようにしましょう
